Procedures

1. Registering the letter of the concerned youth director at the Ministry’s divan, and transferring it with all attachments to the Director of clubs and youth bodies

2. The director of clubs and youth bodies shall audit the application and complete any lacks, if any.

3. Addressing the administrative governor (the concerned governor) for opinion about the foundation applicants.

4. Issuance of initial approval for body establishment for six months to complete the foundation requirements.

5. Founders shall provide a center for the body, prepare the required documents and inform the concerned youth director.

6. The youth director shall conduct a field inspection for the body center and request to complete any lacks, if any, and prepare a report to the Minister

7. A committee formed by the Minister shall audit the association articles and approve them duly.

8. The Minister shall issue his decision to license and register the body duly.

9. The body licensing decision shall be published in the Official Gazette.
